Request Authorization
Contact our customer service department via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all included accessories, manuals, and protective materials are present.
Ship the Item
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns center using a trackable courier service.
Inspection and Refund
